Responsibilities

• Lead Emergent Repair programs to return turbines to service.
• Collaborate with Root Cause Analysis to develop long-term corrective actions.
• Guide design decisions with program management and product line teams.
• Lead technical program teams on system trade-offs with safety and cost focus.
• Manage requirements flow down to optimize product offering and competitiveness.
• Share lessons learned and drive standard work improvements.
