The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a hands-on Lead Systems Engineer / Technical CTO for a growing energy tech platform. Fully remote with immediate start, you will own the architecture, write code, and shape the engineering function as the business scales.

You will work closely with founders to define the technical roadmap, design customer-facing platforms and integrate billing, CRM and metering data.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in UK energy supply or energy retail, ideally in a startup or mid-market supplier.
• Experience designing and integrating distributed systems across an energy supplier's technology stack.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard billing, CRM and customer platforms.
• Track record of building customer platforms and dashboards; ownership of architecture while coding.

• Owning the platform architecture, technical strategy and roadmap.
• Designing and building customer-facing platforms and dashboards.
• Integrating billing, CRM, customer accounts, metering data and settlement systems.
• Establishing and managing the technical operations required to support an energy supplier.
