Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, computer, software, or systems engineering and 9+ years of relevant experience; or a master's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; or 13+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the system design of integrated communications solutions using L3Harris products and custom hardware.
• Design and integrate communications systems for vehicles, shelters, and fixed-site installations.
• Own systems engineering work from kickoff through design, including diagrams, BOM, and cost details.
• Map out system architectures and technical approaches that meet customer requirements.
• Evaluate solutions and resolve issues across programs.
• Travel up to 25% annually, with some international trips.
