Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of related experience; 4 years with graduate degree; 10 years if no degree.
• Strong IP networking knowledge including routing, tunneling, and VLANs.
• CCNA Certification(s) or equivalent networking credentials.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-layer network issues and perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for tactical communication systems in lab, field, and customer environments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IP-based network architectures for wired and wireless solutions.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~50% to engage with customers and deployments.
• Serve as technical liaison among customers, Product Engineering, Sales, and Program Management.
