Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) is seeking an experienced enterprise systems professional in the St. Louis area.

The role leads small projects and designs, develops, tests, and implements enterprise integrations and applications, working with business and IT stakeholders to ensure acceptance and quality. The position requires 8+ years in enterprise systems programming and SQL/database experience, with ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent education/experience - Required
• Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) - Preferred
• 8+ years enterprise systems programming experience - Required
• 8+ years SQL database experience. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies; 4+ years of ERP experience - Required

Responsibilities

• Leads small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, and develops detailed work plans
• Works closely with business and IT stakeholders to gain user acceptance of application updates and integrations by defining business requirements and leading users through acceptance testing
• Designs, develops, and maintains applications and integrations by creating, managing, and executing business requirements, technical design documents, and test plans
• May manage four or fewer employees with respect to a project or a system, and responsible for team's performance; coaches and mentors team members
• Creates documentation and leads team through architecture reviews
• Develops estimates and capacity plans for general support and projects
• Manages the operational efficiency scorecard for supported systems
• Seeks continuous quality improvements for supported systems; Works with vendor to provide a multi-year road map for supported systems
• Creates and implements effective metrics and monitoring processes
• Recommends improvements and applies standards, processes, and procedures for enterprise systems

Work Experience

• 8+ years SQL database experience. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies; 4+ years of ERP experience - Required

Compensation Range

$107,060.00 - $159,390.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
