• 9+ years of experience in project management, programming, or systems analysis required.
• LOMA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of modern programming languages required.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.
• IT Infrastructure (AWS) preferred.

• Leads and manages projects and/or technology initiatives; identifies and resolves technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Mentor associates within the department and continually develop project team competencies.
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships, coordinating service delivery in line with negotiated Service Commitments.
• Manage the business partner's application portfolio by understanding and communicating needs to internal IT project teams and external vendors.
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure properly defined and communicated project requests.
• Duties include hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, direct reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry practices, trends and applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Lead and manage all aspects of multiple, larger and more highly complex information technology (IT) products and/or technical initiatives. Establish goals, metrics, determine future opportunities for change/improvements and provide training opportunities for associates. Manage budgets. Leads a team of IT architects, engineers, and developers. Participate in the development of policies, procedures, standards and controls. Lead Product development and support in partnership with business stakeholders.

Compensation Range

$107,060.00 - $159,390.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
