Job summary
The Municipality of Anchorage's Anchorage Water & Wastewater Utility is seeking a systems analysis professional to lead projects and provide Feasibility and alternative analyses for core Utility functions, especially Treatment and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). The role involves design and specification of systems, implementation strategies, and ongoing support and documentation.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 8 years in the field.
- Associate's degree plus 6 years in the field.
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years in the field.
- Master's degree plus 2 years in the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects or systems analysis activities and provide feasibility and alternative analysis.
- Design and specify systems, develop implementation strategies, and support system administration.
- Communicate technical plans, specifications, analyses, and documentation; participate in major emergencies as outlined in disaster plans.
