Job summary

Signode, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, seeks a Finance-Lead Systems Analyst to optimize Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM deployments and drive business improvements. You’ll collaborate with business owners, lead requirements workshops, and ensure successful system implementations across the company.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in IT with ERP/CRM experience, strong finance process knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP.
• Certifications in Power Automate/PowerApps are a plus.
• PMI/PMP and ITIL training are advantageous.
• 10+ years in IT with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP/CRM project delivery and align with business goals.
• Define requirements, gaps, and optimizations across Dynamics 365 deployments.
• Coordinate with business units and IT teams to implement changes and improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans, training, and change management for new deployments.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of ERP/CRM processes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Technology, or a related field

D365 CE, D365 ERP Finance and Operations certifications

Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps certifications

IIBA BABOK training

PMI or PMP certification

ITIL training and certification
