Job description

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows servers, client systems, backup systems, network infrastructure, and databases
• Support engineering applications, processes, and databases for systems at the local Palm Bay site and across the WAN
• Build, configure, and maintain physical and virtual Windows and Linux servers
• Perform system updates, patching, and hardening activities to reduce vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand program requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations to management and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain the integrity, availability, and security of classified Windows and Linux environments, application development tools, and databases
• Perform system administration, network management, database management, project coordination, vulnerability management, system hardening, and application support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
• Alternatively, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
• Alternatively, minimum of 12 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Windows System/Network Administrator supporting an enterprise-level domain environment
• Experience managing Linux operating systems, including Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu
• Experience supporting Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, PowerShell, and security best practices
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph
