Job summary

ASML is seeking a technically advanced engineer to lead development of complex module designs and manage cross-functional teams across suppliers, customers, and internal trains. The role involves owning high-level design decisions, coordinating requirements, and ensuring timely delivery while balancing quality and performance.

The candidate will mentor peers, work across subsystems, and contribute to architectural decisions within the project.

Qualifications

• Master degree with thorough experience or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Able to technically lead engineering team and advise management.
• Has complex sub-module knowledge within own area of expertise and solid knowledge of neighboring parts/areas of expertise within module and complex module and system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of engineering solutions and coordinate verification and validation activities.
• Own technical ownership of complex modules and interfaces, coordinating with suppliers and customers.
• Plan and manage requirements, architecture, and interfaces across subsystems.
• Guide and mentor peers and drive timely, high-quality delivery within a team.
