Job summary

Pegasystems, Inc. in the US (Nevada - Remote) seeks a Lead System Architect to drive end-to-end enterprise Pega deployments, mentoring architects and guiding client architecture across the full delivery lifecycle.

You will act as the technical authority for Pega Smart Investigate, apply CLSA-level expertise, leverage Pega Cloud and GenAI capabilities, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of software development experience.
• Pega certified lead system architect (CLSA).
• Deep knowledge of the Pega platform: case management, decisioning, integrations, security, and deployment architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of enterprise Pega implementations.
• Serve as the technical authority on Pega Smart Investigate, designing payment exception and investigation workflows.
• Accelerate delivery using Pega Blueprint, Pega GenAI, Constellation UI, and Pega Cloud.
• Drive technical governance: guardrail compliance, design/code reviews, and proactive performance monitoring with Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC).
• Mentor System Architects and act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.

Who You Are:

• You are a highly technical, hands‑on Lead System Architect passionate about applying Pega technology to solve complex business problems, with deep platform expertise and specialist knowledge of Pega Smart Investigate.
• Pega certified lead system architect (CLSA) with vast experience leading Pega projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of the Pega platform: case management, decisioning, integrations, security, and deployment architecture.
• Hands‑on expertise in Pega Smart Investigate.
• 5–10 years of software development experience; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong grounding in object-oriented design principles.
• Broad exposure to enterprise technologies: application servers, Java/.NET ecosystems, relational databases, and cloud platforms.

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 141,400 - 215,400 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.

The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
