Job summary

Pegasystems in the United States, California, is seeking a Lead System Architect to own end-to-end solution architecture for federal, state, and local engagements, aligning security, data, and performance with mission objectives.

You will guide delivery teams, ensure governance, and communicate trade-offs to executives while shaping opportunities and driving account growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture and technical direction for assigned client engagements.
• Lead architecture and delivery for complex U.S. Public Sector Pega implementations.
• Align technical decisions with agency mission objectives, security requirements, and delivery constraints.
• Translate blueprint designs into secure, scalable architectures ready for implementation.
• Partner during discovery to validate feasibility, scope, data, integrations, security, and nonfunctional requirements.

Additional Information

Base salary range for this role is 141,400 - 215,400 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
