Job summary

Pegasystems, Inc. is seeking a Lead System Architect to design and deliver model-driven, enterprise-level Pega solutions for global clients. You will lead scope, requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will work closely with a delivery team and clients, applying advanced Pega capabilities and governance. IST evening hours align with project needs, fostering collaboration and innovative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Pega CLSA Certification required with 12+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on in applying Pega technology to solve business problems.
• Experience building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with clients and teams.
• Willingness to work the IST 1:00–10:00 PM window.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope definition, requirements analysis, design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with global clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across the SDLC.
• Demonstrate innovative ways to implement software solutions using Pega.
• Collaborate with a delivery team to meet client expectations and governance.
• Provide support and technical governance on projects at a client site or remotely.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and respond to ad hoc inquiries.

What You’ll Do at Pega:

• Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment

• Partner with our world leading clients to deliver high quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle

• Utilize your outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions

• Collaborating with a high performing Pega delivery team you will ensure the solution meets or exceeds your client’s expectations.

• Provide support and technical governance focused on one or more projects at a single client

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization and pro-actively respond to adhoc questions

Who You Are:

• Pega CLSA Certification must. 12+ years of professional experience.

• You are a highly technical hands on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.

• Experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions.

• Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate

• Willingness to go the extra mile

• Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example

• Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders

• Open to work from 1:00 - 10:00 PM IST

• You’ve built and implemented model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.

• You’ve led end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution.

• You’ve been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers, programming languages, relational and non‑relational data bases and integration techniques.

• You’ve demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles.

• You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies
