The ideal candidate has 5+ years Swiss CNC programming experience, strong math and blueprint skills, and proven leadership. This role requires reliability, detail orientation, and flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Swiss CNC programming experience
• Strong blueprint reading and advanced math skills
• Deep knowledge of metals and machining processes
• Proven troubleshooting and leadership ability
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Overtime/weekend availability as needed

Responsibilities

• Program and lead setups on multi-axis Swiss turning centers
• Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
• Optimize tooling and cutting paths for performance and quality
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Oversee quality checks to ensure specifications are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Train and mentor operators and machinists
