Job summary

Marshall Manufacturing is seeking a Lead Swiss CNC Machinist to direct and inspire the Swiss machining team in Minneapolis, MN. You will program, set up, and operate Swiss CNC machines while guiding the department to deliver precision parts in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an earnings potential up to $45 per hour with monthly profit-sharing, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Swiss CNC machining team and department
• Set-up Swiss CNC machines
• Operate Swiss CNC machines
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
• Complete tool changes
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions
• Determine/verify appropriate tooling for use in machining and manufacturing operations
