Marshall Manufacturing in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Lead Swiss CNC Machinist to lead our Swiss machining team. You will program, set up, and operate Swiss CNC machines and own the performance of your department.

• Proven leadership in a Swiss CNC shop.

• Perform quality inspection on parts.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines.
• Complete tool changes and troubleshoot production issues.

Marshall Manufacturing is seeking a Lead Swiss CNC Machinist to lead their Swiss machining team in Minneapolis, MN.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee Swiss CNC machining team and department
• Set-up Swiss CNC machines
• Operating Swiss CNC machines
• Perform quality inspection on completed parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on Swiss CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
• Complete tool changes
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions
• Determine/verify appropriate tooling for use in machining and manufacturing operations
