Responsibilities

Meet all Full Length Swage and Phosphate Process and Finish production requirements.
Ensure personnel follow PPE and safety standards.
Oversee daily operations and provide team training.
Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain documentation.
Coordinate workload with sales and expediting teams.
Report non-conforming products and quality concerns.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies.
Maintain stress relief charts and production records.
Follow and promote company safety policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
