Primary Function

The Full-Length Division Swage and Phosphate Process and Finish Leadman is responsible for overseeing all product finishing requirements following the manufacturing process. This role ensures quality standards, production efficiency, personnel training, and compliance with safety procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet all Full Length Swage and Phosphate Process and Finish production requirements.
• Ensure all personnel follow required PPE and workplace safety standards.
• Oversee daily swage and phosphate operations and provide training for team members.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain all required documentation and records.
• Coordinate daily workload and production priorities with sales and expediting teams.
• Report non-conforming products and quality concerns to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support operations.
• Print and maintain stress relief charts and related production documentation.
• Follow, support, and promote all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
