Job summary

Confidential Employer in Kissimmee, FL seeks an on-site Lead Surveyor with a Pro Surveyor & Mapper license and 2+ years of professional land surveying experience to manage and deliver diverse surveying projects. You will coordinate field crews, review deliverables, mentor staff, and ensure QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with Civil 3D, GPS/GNSS workflows, and collaboration with engineers and project leaders to ensure client success and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active PSM license required.
• 2+ years of professional land surveying experience.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, construction, and land development surveying.
• On-site full-time in Kissimmee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage surveying projects from planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate field crews, survey technicians, schedules, workloads, and priorities.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, construction, platting, as-built, and related surveying services.
• Review survey documents for quality, accuracy, and standards compliance.
• Provide professional review and sign/seal surveying deliverables as appropriate.
• Support and mentor survey staff while promoting accountability and development.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, PMs, and internal teams.
• Maintain QA/QC procedures and efficient field-to-finish workflows.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, scope, and performance.
• Utilize Civil 3D and GPS/GNSS workflows.
