Job summary

Confidential Employer in Kissimmee, FL is seeking an on-site Survey Project Leader to manage surveying projects from planning through final delivery. You will coordinate field crews, technicians, and project priorities while overseeing boundary, topographic, construction, platting, and related surveying services.

The ideal candidate holds a PSM license, has 2+ years of professional land surveying experience, and can review deliverables for quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license.
• 2+ years of professional land surveying experience.
• Experience with boundary, topographic, construction, and land development surveying.
• Ability to review professional surveying deliverables and technical documentation.
• Survey project or team coordination experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Kissimmee, FL.

Responsibilities

• Manage surveying projects from planning through final delivery.
• Coordinate field crews, survey technicians, schedules, workloads, and project priorities.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, construction, platting, as-built, and related land surveying services.
• Review survey documents for technical quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Provide professional review and sign and seal surveying deliverables as appropriate.
• Support and mentor survey staff while promoting accountability and technical development.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, project managers, and other internal teams.
• Help maintain QA/QC procedures and efficient field-to-finish workflows.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, scope, and overall performance.
• Utilize modern surveying technology and software, including Civil 3D and GPS/GNSS workflows.
