Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Party Chief in Haskell, TX to lead a survey crew and manage field operations, ensuring projects meet specifications and safety standards.

You will supervise crew members, oversee topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys, and ensure accurate data collection and interpretation of project plans. Strong leadership and communication are required for successful collaboration with PMs and engineers.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years in land surveying with 2+ years in a Party Chief/supervisory role.
• Proficient with GPS, total stations and data collectors; able to interpret plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and train survey crew on techniques and equipment.
• Perform land surveying: topographic, boundary, construction staking, as-built.
• Operate and maintain GPS, total stations, data collectors; ensure data quality.
