• Proficiency with survey equipment and software.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specs.
• Experience with data processing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

• Operate and maintain survey equipment, calibrate and ensure functionality.
• Perform field calculations to verify data accuracy.
• Interpret plans and establish control points from designs.
• Record accurate survey data and field notes.
• Communicate progress and data needs to project team.
• Uphold company safety policies and industry standards.
• Assist in training junior crew members.
• Troubleshoot field-related issues and equipment malfunctions.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
