Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of the Crew Chief role
• Ability to lead and direct survey technicians
• Strong communication with staff and clients
• Physically demanding work in all weather
• Lift up to 50 lbs with/without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support under supervision
• Directs field survey activities for projects
• Ensures adherence to company procedures and safety
• Performs surveying calculations and data handling
• Operates GNSS and robotic instruments
• Maintains field and office communications
• Prepares timesheets, logs, and staking reports
