Civil Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief to lead field survey operations in Idaho. This role involves directing one- to two-person crews, performing staking, boundary, and topographic surveys, and utilizing Trimble GPS and Robotic Total Stations to deliver precise data.

The position may be based in Twin Falls or Idaho Falls with travel across southeast Idaho and occasional trips to southwest Idaho. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional survey field experience.
• Experience leading survey crews or independently managing field survey operations.
• Proficiency with Trimble GPS equipment, Robotic Total Stations, Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong experience with construction staking, boundary surveying and topographic surveys.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel as projects require.
• Experience performing ALTA surveys is a plus.
• ITD design survey experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's preferred; PLS licensure is a plus.
• Part 107 Drone Pilot License is a plus.
