Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge in Denver–north metro area seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to oversee the Surgical Telemetry Unit and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across shifts.

The CNC collaborates with management, directs nursing care, and supports staffing, training, and policy adherence to improve outcomes and patient experience. ACLS/BLS are required; RN licensure in Colorado or multi-state is essential.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• RN license in Colorado (DORA) or multi-state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN desirable.
• Two years of acute care/telemetry nursing experience; supervisory experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions and discharges to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Support staffing with scheduling and productivity guidance; manage labor costs.
• Assist with inventory control and management of supplies and equipment.
