Qualifications

• 3 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist in the OR.
• Technical competence in multiple surgical services.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Able to train and coach others.
• Able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• 5 years' experience in the main OR (preferred).
• General and Ortho strongly preferred (preferred).
• Epic experience (preferred).
