• Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and have 2 years in the mental health field.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and families is required; master’s degree preferred.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license and vehicle availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Supportive Visitation Specialists and provide supervision.
• Schedule and conduct visits in family homes, ensuring safety and appropriate environment.
• Facilitate visits, plan meetings, and document progress notes in the EHR.
• Coordinate with DCP&P and other providers to link families to resources.
• Engage in trauma-informed, family-centered practice and culturally competent communication.
