Job summary

Mains’l is seeking a skilled Direct Support Professional to grow into a Support Coordinator role, working with the leadership team to promote and mentor others.

You will ensure safe living environments for supported individuals, coordinate household tasks, medical appointments, and transportation, and support person-centered goals. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a DOJ/FBI background check.
• Safe transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• TB skin test and medical clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor DSPs using Mains’l Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to ensure safe, well-run residential spaces.
• Document progression of goals for supported persons and review DSP entries for accuracy.
• Schedule medical/dental appointments and arrange transportation as needed.
• Lead staff training and participate in department meetings; facilitate staff meetings.
• Assist in data collection for FNRC quarterly reports and contribute to monthly documentation.
