Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead a US-based team and coordinate with our Mexico group to optimize production capacity and vendor networks. The role focuses on developing an accurate supply plan, improving inventory mix, and achieving customer fill-rate targets at the lowest landed cost.

The role partners with Procurement, Demand Planning, Production, Transportation, and Sales to design better planning processes and deliver executive reports in the S&OP cadence.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of supply planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Planning team to efficiently plan production and purchasing.
• Track performance: fill rates, backorders, inventory turns, obsolescence.
• Develop and presentInventory budget and targets.
• Collaborate with procurement & sourcing, demand planning, production, transportation, distribution, and sales.
• Own ERP settings alignment with planning outputs.
