Job summary

Vestis® is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead the planning of finished goods and manufactured products across the US and Mexico. You will guide a regional team, optimize inventory, and partner with procurement, demand planning, production, logistics, and sales to meet customer expectations at the lowest landed cost.

This role requires 4–6 years of planning experience, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with Vestis systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Supply Planning experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Vestis internal systems for PO and inventory management.
• Significant product knowledge of Vestis assortment and vendor partners.
• Excellent cross-functional relationship building and communication skills.
• Project leadership and cross-functional leadership across sourcing, operations, logistics, sales, customer service, supply chain etc.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Planning team to efficiently plan production & purchasing plans and support optimal inventory levels.
• Track performance: fill rates, backorders, inventory turns, and obsolescence.
• Present Annual Inventory Budget to leadership.
• Create inventory target strategy aligned with fill rate & budget.
• Collaborate with key vendors to ensure plan adherence.
• Provide training and development for the Supply Planning team.
