Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of industrial engineering experience in distribution or fulfillment.
• Experience with operations labor, capacity planning, and productivity analysis.
• Experience with distribution/fulfillment facility operations and with supply chain systems (WMS/LMS/TMS).
• Lean Six Sigma Certification and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess DC operations to identify optimization opportunities for flow, throughput, capacity, and OEE.
• Establish and document standards for supply chain facilities.
• Develop and update DC capacities for storage and processing.
• Conduct flow, bottleneck, and cycle time analyses; perform time and motion studies.
• Lead multiple projects from concept to execution and support operations excellence.
