Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to analyze and improve supply chain processes using data, technology, and continuous improvement methods. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and support strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities include bottleneck and cycle time analyses, CAD drawing updates, and managing multiple improvement projects to drive performance and efficiency in distribution and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of Industrial engineering experience (Distribution or Fulfillment).
• Experience with WMS, LMS, TMS and supply chain systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess DC operations to identify optimization opportunities for flow, throughput, capacity and OEE.
• Establish and document standards for supply chain facilities.
• Flow analysis, bottleneck analysis and cycle time analysis.
