Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business experience with 5+ years cross-functional Supply Chain experience.
• 5+ years of working experience in data science, analytics and/or data modeling.
• Advanced analytics, data visualization, and reporting dashboard design and development experience.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn new analytical and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven decision-making insights for the Enterprise Supply Chain end-to-end operations; focus on process mining and analytics to enhance efficiency.
• Direct data scientists and supply chain consultants; engage with ESC leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain robust data architecture for process mining; develop KPI metrics and automation.
• Partner with product teams and COE; set product vision and measure value delivered by analytics products.
• Lead the team to collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and analytics needs; support strategic development.
• Oversee and improve network analysis processes, modeling cycle times, and communication of results.
