Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain in Florida. The role focuses on assuring product quality, leading supplier audits, and implementing CAPA and process improvements to meet regulatory and internal standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues, lead change control, and mentor junior engineers while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience or equivalent.
• Strong problem solving and knowledge of quality systems (QMS, ISO, FDA).

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier non-conformances and audits.
• Lead supplier change notifications and QA agreements.
• Coordinate supplier quality improvements and SPC methods (CpK, DOE).
• Support site quality activities and regulatory inspections.
• Coach up to 3 engineering direct reports and mentor peers.
