Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, supervises, and administers the work of the immediate reports.
• Assigns cases and monitors service delivery to comply with guidelines and CFSA policies.
• Develops and implements a case management work plan aligned with program objectives.
• Generates reports analyzing casework and related data.
• Maintains court-mandated caseload ratio and quality of services.
• Performs supervisory duties including performance reviews, hiring, and discipline.
