Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, supervises, and administers the work of the immediate reports.
  • Assigns cases and monitors service delivery to ensure compliance with guidelines and CFSA policies.
  • Develops and implements a case management work plan aligned with program objectives.
  • Prepares regular statistical and qualitative reports on casework and family-related data.
  • Maintains caseload ratio targets and quality of services.
  • Performs supervisory duties including staff evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions, and resource planning.
  • Attends court hearings and provides guidance on court activities for social workers.
  • Performs field and community-based supervision and investigations as needed.
