Job summary

The Office of the Inspector General is seeking a Supervisory Program Analyst to lead evaluations, inspections, and reviews of DOJ programs. You will manage multiple reviews, plan data collection, analyze findings, and draft final reports and recommendations.

You will supervise teams, set priorities, adjust schedules, and ensure milestones are met. You will produce and present information in various formats and provide guidance to improve programs and operations. TS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple reviews or projects, including planning, design, data collection and analysis, message development, final product writing, and resolution of recommendations.
• Supervise multiple teams: identify and resolve problems, set priorities, adjust schedules, and meet milestones.
• Produce and present information in reports, briefs and formal correspondence; inform assessments through research and interviews.
• Evaluate policies and processes, recognize trends, and formulate practical improvement recommendations.
• Provide guidance on strategic direction of E&I and the OIG, and develop productive relationships.
