Woodfield Outdoors in Bel Air, MD is seeking a Superintendent (Pools & Landscaping) to lead field operations, coordinate project management with site crews, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, and documentation while mentoring foremen and coordinating with management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a field supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend experience preferred, training available).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding schedules and updates.
• Maintain foreman schedules daily to keep tasks on time and budget.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee site layout using construction plans and updated documents.
• Foster leadership at foreman level and provide tool training.
• Maintain near-zero punch lists by proactively addressing issues.
• Supervise truck and equipment maintenance for smooth operation.
• Participate in management meetings to improve processes.
