Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Pools Division Foreman to lead outdoor pool installation teams and perform physical labor on various projects. The role includes operating tools, preparing sites, digging trenches, and assisting other crew members.

You will supervise a 2–3 person crew, ensure safety and quality, manage equipment and materials, and coordinate with Project Managers to plan work scopes. Strong emphasis on safety and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid state driver’s license before employment.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction, landscape, and pool installations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals and other work-related documents.
• Ability to operate equipment such as transit or Zip Level and prepare sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 2–3 member crew to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Hands-on work with team to complete projects on budget and on time.
• Operate construction equipment (skid loader, mini-excavator, etc.).
• Install pools and features using Bluestone, Travertine, and similar materials.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to plan scope and material needs.
• Read blueprints and pool dig specs to layout projects.
