Job summary

MPI is partnering with a well-established commercial/multifamily builder with a century of operation. The role focuses on supervising daily construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely, cost-efficient project completion on major projects across multifamily, healthcare, education, and other sectors.

You will implement site safety procedures, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Extensive knowledge of multifamily construction processes and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Description
