Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience with experience running your own projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Proven track record managing large-scale multifamily construction projects.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the lifecycle of multifamily construction projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction specialists.
• Managing budget, timeline, and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and adjust as needed.

• Resolving issues or delays that affect timelines.
