Qualifications
- Proven Superintendent experience with a GC or CM.
- Experience delivering ground-up or complex renovations.
- Strong subcontractor management and scheduling ability.
- Excellent field leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or institutional projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout.
- Lead subcontractors and coordinate all onsite construction activities.
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestones.
- Partner with Project Managers and leadership.
- Oversee site safety, quality control, and logistics.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trades.
- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving.
- Take ownership of successful project delivery.
