Job summary

Engtal seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of landmark construction projects across Massachusetts. You will drive strategic delivery from preconstruction through completion, manage budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction, and mentor a team of Project Managers and Assistants.

You will collaborate with field leadership, build long-term client relationships, and pursue new opportunities while advancing toward executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent financial management and client-facing skills.
• Experience across healthcare, life sciences, commercial, multifamily, institutional, higher education, or similar project types.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Take ownership of project financials, schedules, staffing, and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Partner with field leadership to successfully deliver challenging projects; build long-term client relationships and help drive repeat business.
• Play an active role in strategic planning and project pursuits.
