The ideal candidate will coordinate with Owners, Architects, and subcontractors, ensuring schedules, safety, and quality across mid-to-large scale builds in Central Texas. Responsibilities include leading site activities, coordinating inspections, managing change orders, and driving project progress with a proactive, accountable approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction, including ground-up and remodel projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
• Strong safety enforcement and weekly toolbox meetings on site.
• Direct communication with Owners and Architects; proactive problem solving to reach solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for commercial projects on site.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and consultants to align plans and schedules.
• Develop and maintain project schedule; conduct weekly progress updates.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate inspections, and validate labor/materials projections.
• Oversee punch lists, change orders, and site safety practices.
