Job summary

Wright-Ryan Construction, Inc. in Maine seeks an on-site Superintendent for the Homes division to lead high-end residential projects from on-site leadership.

You will oversee labor, materials, and safety while coordinating with owners, architects, and project managers to keep homes on track and within budget. With 8+ years in residential construction management, you will read plans fluently, supervise subcontractors, and drive progress using Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction management or supervisory role, high-end residential focus.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and codes.
• Proven ability reading and interpreting architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with master schedule.
• Monitor site activities and resolve schedule, safety, or quality issues.
• Enforce OSHA standards and company policies.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and hold site meetings.
• Ensure work follows plans and contract documents.
• Keep daily reports and field updates accurate.
• Support closeout with punch lists and inspections.
