Job summary

Wright-Ryan Construction, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site activities on Maine commercial projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and quality while coordinating labor, subcontractors and materials with the Project Manager and owners.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in commercial construction field supervision.
• Experience overseeing projects from $3M–$25M is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop look-ahead schedules and monitor daily activities.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Lead jobsite meetings and ensure plans/specs are followed.
