Jobot is seeking a Lead Superintendent for Fort Lauderdale-area ground-up commercial projects valued at over $10M. You will oversee field operations, drive schedules, enforce safety, and ensure quality across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, tilt-wall experience preferred, and hands-on Procore usage. We offer large bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, plus a company truck/allowance and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction field superintendent role or equivalent
• Extensive experience with ground-up commercial work valued over $10M
• Light industrial tilt-wall experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead look-ahead planning and coordination across trades using Procore or similar tools
