Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial construction projects in Florida. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and successful project execution.

Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable, along with work on institutional, industrial, or renovation efforts. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in commercial construction, 3+ years leading field operations, OSHA 30

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 3+ years leading field operations as a Superintendent or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Procore and Bluebeam experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations and site coordination.
• Direct subcontractors and manage daily construction activities.
• Develop and manage three-week look-ahead schedules.
• Lead daily subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress, milestones, manpower, logistics, and sequencing.
• Identify schedule risks and implement recovery strategies.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and foremen.
