MPI, a family-owned construction firm operating in Hartford, CT, seeks a Lead Superintendent to oversee on-site operations from preconstruction to project completion. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on multi-site healthcare and commercial projects.

The role requires 5-10+ years in commercial construction, project oversight up to $30M, and strong leadership with Procore proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects up to $30M.
• Healthcare construction experience preferred, including renovations and specialized medical spaces.

Responsabilités

• Lead all on-site construction operations from preconstruction through project completion.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure all work is executed safely and in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
• Oversee quality control and ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
• Utilize construction management software, including Procore and related project tools.
