Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily or large-scale residential projects (3+ years).
• Experience overseeing projects from site preparation through final completion.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
• Experience working with self-performing developers, builders, or contractors desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage multiple trades and maintain accountability in the field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on large-scale, ground-up multifamily residential construction projects valued at $200M+.
• Coordinate subcontractors, in-house crews, site logistics, and construction sequencing to maintain project schedules.
• Manage all phases of field construction, ensuring work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce site safety protocols and maintain compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Review construction drawings and identify potential conflicts or coordination issues before they impact progress.
• Work with Project Managers, trade partners, and ownership to track progress and resolve field issues.
• Coordinate inspections, RFIs, material deliveries, and day-to-day site activities.
• Monitor workmanship and productivity across all trades and hold personnel accountable.
